- Free Consultation Phone: this free 15-minute phone consultation is for us to get to know each other. We’ll get to discuss your interests and goals for therapy and answer any questions you might have!
- First Session: The first session is what is known as the intake session. During this session, we’ll go over your family, medical and mental health history. We’ll also discuss current concerns and symptoms and set a treatment plan. This usually takes one full session, and/ or might extend till the second session.
- Your Sessions: After the intake is done, we’ll start your weekly sessions! During those sessions, we can talk about whatever you want to talk about- the sessions are all about you.

I often work with clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I love long-term work as healing takes consistency and hard-work. Additionally, the therapeutic relationship, like any other relationship, takes time to build trust.
